Shipping policy

We are a UK-based company, and all orders are shipped directly from the United Kingdom.

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival, as determined by local customs authorities.

Customs Fees: International purchases may incur customs charges, and the customer is responsible for these fees. Please note that if import duties are not paid, your order will be returned to us. As per a recent update in DHL’s policy, taxes will still be charged to our account, along with a return shipping fee and a £50 administration fee. These costs will be billed back to the customer or deducted from their store credit, and refunds for these fees will only be issued if DHL reimburses Break. Archive, which is not guaranteed.

Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is unclaimed by the customer and returned to Break. Archive, we will attempt to contact the customer twice. If there is no response, we will issue a refund of 90% of the order amount. Please note that if an order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs again.

U.S. Customs Requirements
For shipments to the United States with a declared value of $2,500 USD or more, U.S. Customs and Border Protection requires the recipient to provide a Social Security Number (SSN), Employer Identification Number (EIN), or Customs Assigned Number.

If this information is not provided when required, your shipment may be returned to us by U.S. Customs. In such cases, we will need to invoice you for reshipping costs before we can send your order again.

To help prevent this from happening, please ensure you have email, text, and WhatsApp notifications enabled from DHL, so you don’t miss any requests for information.

Saudi Arabia – Address Requirements
Customers shipping to Saudi Arabia must provide a complete delivery address, including a valid national postcode, at checkout. This is a recent requirement for successful delivery. Failure to include this may result in delays, and a member of our team will contact you to obtain the missing information before dispatch.
