Returns and Shipping

Returns and Refunds:

From the date of your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item for store credit or exchange. Please contactcontact@breakachive.comto start your return process with your order number as the subject. Items need to be returned in the same condition.

UK Customers are eligible for a full refund of the item (not including shipping costs) or exchange/store credit.
International customers are entitled to store credit for the amount of the item (not including shipping costs) or exchange.

Please note that all customers are responsible for all return shipment costs, our team will provide you with a shipping label. If shipping at own initiative the client is responsible for the shipment in case of loss or damage. International clients must ensure the customs declaration is filled in as a return.

If you wish to cancel your order, you will only receive store credit not a cash refund.

We cannot take returns on sourced items and jewellery.

Refunds may take 3-5 business days back to your original payment method not including delivery costs.

International Clients:

Please note that import taxes and duties are not included in the item cost. These will be billed for where applicable by the designated courier company.

Authenticity Promise:

We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold. Each item is carefully authenticated by our in-house experts. In the odd occasion that an item turns out to not be authentic the buyer is eligible for a full refund even after the 14 day returns period.

Returning an order without a dustbag will incur a surcharge of £25

This is our guide to knowing what to expect when your item arrives. Buying pre-loved is supporting slow fashion and giving items a second life. We advise that you carefully review all photos and description before purchasing an item.

EXCELLENT

Items described as excellent have been stored well by their previous owners, they have retained their shape, have some of their original packaging and are showing little to no signs of wear.

VERY GOOD

Items described as very good have been used by their previous owner and are showing light signs of wear. Areas of wear tend be on the straps, corners and inside. Any visible damage will be mentioned in the description.

GOOD

Items described as good have some visible signs of wear to the material which will be reflected in the price. This may include discolouration, hardware scratches, fading.

FAIR

Items described as fair have been loved a little bit more and are showing wear, but they are still fit for purpose and look fantastic.
