INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: Import duties and taxes are not included in your purchase price and will be billed separately by DHL. If you do not pay the import duties, your order will be returned to us. According to an update in DHL's policy, the tax will still be charged to our account, along with a return shipping fee and a £50 administration fee. These fees will be charged back to the client or deducted from store credit, and refunds will only be issued if DHL reimburses Break. Archive for these costs, which is not guaranteed.
RETURNS
From the date you receive your order, you have 2 days to reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit. Once the return method is confirmed with our team the item must be returned within 5 days.
Items available on the Break. Archive website are sold by private sellers on a consignment basis. Therefore, Break. Archive does not accept returns for cash refunds on any purchased items. This policy is consistent with the consumer-to-consumer sales model commonly used by other resale platforms in the UK.
Given the pre-loved nature of our products, some items may show signs of wear. We highly recommend that you carefully examine the descriptions and photographs before making a purchase. All items are sold as seen. We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold through Break. Archive. If any item is found to be inauthentic, the buyer will receive a full refund.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a shipping label for your convenience. If you opt to arrange your own shipping, you will bear the responsibility for tracking the shipment and for any loss or damage that may occur. International buyers must ensure that the customs declaration is accurately filled out for returns.
Returning an order without a dustbag will incur a £25 fee deducted from the store credit.

Additionally, returns are not accepted for purchases made in-store or at pop-up events; all sales are final.
