Returns, Refunds and Shipping

Returns and Refunds:

We offer a 14 day return period in which a client can return their item to us in its original condition, with tags attached and dust bag for an exchange / store credit which is valid for 12 months. This 14 day period starts from the date the customer recieves their item. We also offer free exchanges to our customers, in order to start a return / exchange process please contact our team at breakvintage@gmail.com or your sales associate with your order number. Please note we cannot take returns on special orders / request orders. Jewellery is non returnable / refundable.

For international sales we can only offer exchange of product / credit note on returns.

Products sold by Break. Archive are pre-owned unless stated otherwise, our pieces have had a previous life so may tell their story through minor signs of wear. Major signs of wear will be mentioned in the item description if there are any.

Authenticity Promise:

We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold. Each item is carefully authenticated by our in-house experts. In the odd occasion that an item turns out to not be authentic the buyer is eligible for a full refund even after the 14 day returns period.

International Clients:

Please note that import taxes and duties are not included in the item cost. These will be billed for where applicable by the designated courier company.

Returning an order without a dustbag will incur a surcharge of £25

This is our guide to knowing what to expect when your item arrives. Buying pre-loved is supporting slow fashion and giving items a second life. We advise that you carefully review all photos and description before purchasing an item.

EXCELLENT

Items described as excellent have been stored well by their previous owners, they have retained their shape, have some of their original packaging and are showing little to no signs of wear.

VERY GOOD

Items described as very good have been used by their previous owner and are showing light signs of wear. Areas of wear tend be on the straps, corners and inside. Any visible damage will be mentioned in the description.

GOOD

Items described as good have some visible signs of wear to the material which will be reflected in the price. This may include discolouration, hardware scratches, fading.

FAIR

Items described as fair have been loved a little bit more and are showing wear, but they are still fit for purpose and look fantastic.
